Johns Hopkins University is seeking a NursePractitioner for the Center for Nontuberculous Mycobacteria and Bronchiectasis (NTMB), a nationally recognized program established in 2018 that has become a destination for patients with complex, chronic lung disease. This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized care for adults with suspected or confirmed nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) infection - pulmonary or extrapulmonary - and non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. The Nurse Practitioner will work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes pulmonary medicine and infectious diseases physicians as well as physical therapists with expertise in airway clearance techniques. Patients are seen in a coordinated model that allows for evaluations by multiple specialists during the same clinic visit. The center manages patients with complex, chronic respiratory conditions that require ongoing care. In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will have the opportunity to develop expertise in NTM infections and bronchiectasis, build longitudinal relationships with patients and families, and participate in the center's active clinical research program. The Nurse Practitioner will practice under the supervision of attending physicians. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
