Summary The Manager Workday Financials is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Finance modules. This role partners closely with Finance stakeholders and the Workday Solution Center to ensure business needs are effectively translated into system capabilities. The Manager contributes to roadmap planning, supports prioritization of enhancements, and ensures reliable day-to-day system operations. This role works in close collaboration with Finance leadership to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities where Workday can drive value within the functional domain. Qualifications Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Required Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience working with Workday platforms, including significant hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: FDM, Grants, Projects, Procurement 3+ years of leadership or team lead experience Preferred Education: Preferred Experience: Required Certification/Licensure(s): Preferred Certification/Licensure(s): Workday Certifications in FDM, Core Finance, Grants, Projects, Procurement Physical Requirements Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. Work Environment Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. Sensory Acuity Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
