As a Security Officer Driver Route Patrol in Tewksbury, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal in a retail location where you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. As part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor customer and associate activity, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and report security-related concerns according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support access control and closing procedures, assist with crowd and line management during busy periods, and/or provide visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
