Key Responsibilities



  • Master and strictly apply corporate document templates, formatting guidelines, and company compliance policies to all documentation.
  • Precisely review, format, and transfer complex technical engineering data and specifications into standardized templates, ensuring exceptional data integrity and accuracy.
  • Execute routine clerical and administrative tasks, including processing, organizing, and meticulously maintaining supply chain data, records, and documentation.
  • Adhere to all corporate procedures and operational guidelines relevant to the department's support functions.


What You'll Bring



  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in a clerical, data entry, or administrative support capacity, with a preference for backgrounds in technical, engineering, or supply chain environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on expert document formatting and rigorous data accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to consistently perform repetitive documentation tasks with precision.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • An associate degree is highly desirable.
