Starkey is hiring for an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to be the face of Human Resources at Starkey's Global Distribution Center (GDC) in Plainfield, Indiana. The Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible to assist in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful Associate HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent in support of key business strategies. Knowledge / Technical Requirements * Strong understanding of employment law and compliance; knowledge of OFCCP, AA, Wage and Hour, FLSA, Non-Compete/Non-Solicit, NDA's and other relevant topics related to Human Resources Competencies, Skills & Abilities Required Communication: Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $ 64,680 - $82,950 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
