About the Role

As a Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of our business, leveraging our proprietary technology to connect top-tier IT and technical professionals with roles at the world's leading brands. This role is heavily focused on the engine of recruiting: proactive sourcing, high-volume pipelining, and maintaining a constant flow of qualified, fillable talent. While high-volume talent curation is the core of your day-to-day, the ultimate fills and direct client contact are the icing on the cake.

You will be empowered by our technology, which integrates with the top candidate sources and job boards, to quickly identify and engage with a curated pool of highly qualified talent. This means less time on repetitive data entry and more time building genuine connections.

The Startup Mindset: You'll be instrumental in growing and expanding a market from the ground up. This role calls for a proactive, highly resourceful builder who thinks creatively about sourcing talent rather than just posting a job and waiting for applicants to appear. We're looking for a recruiter who drives progress and takes immediate initiative rather than waiting for things to happen.

What You'll Do



  • Master High-Volume VMS Delivery: Efficiently navigate and drive proven placements within enterprise VMS tools (including Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.), moving beyond simple direct-sourcing or internal corporate pipelining.
  • Build Technical Talent Pools: Develop deep, geography- and category-based Talent Pools for high-demand IT and tech sectors, including Full Stack, Software Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, and Robotics.
  • Leverage AI Technology: Use our cutting-edge technology to efficiently source, screen, and present the best-matched candidates. Our platform handles the bulk of the manual work, freeing you up for high-impact pipeline building.
  • Be a Human Connector: Engage deeply with candidates to understand their career goals, motivations, and aspirations beyond what is written on their resume. Your ability to build rapid rapport and credibility is paramount.
  • Nurture Client Relationships: Work directly with enterprise clients to understand their business needs and team dynamics. Your human insights will be crucial in making successful, long-lasting placements.


Who You Are



  • Experienced Recruiter: You have 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience, which we find is the absolute sweet spot for hitting the ground running in this fast-paced environment.
  • Enterprise-Savvy: You understand the complexities and nuances of working inside large enterprise companies and possess a proven track record of delivering talent through VMS ecosystems.
  • A Technical Specialist: You speak the language of tech and feel comfortable vetting candidates across software engineering, AI, and robotics verticals.
  • A Proactive Driver: You possess a "startup" mentality. You don't wait for direction; you think outside the box, hunt creatively, and love the fast-paced nature of high-volume pipeline management.
  • A Relationship Builder: You have a proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly with a diverse range of technical professionals.
  • A Quick Learner: You're excited by the prospect of adopting new technologies and constantly adapting to an ever-evolving recruiting landscape.
