Keep Our Customers Running As a Sales Representative I, you'll be the go-to expert for customers needing replacement parts, filters, and accessories for their finishing equipment. You'll work directly with customers, distributors, and our Technical Services team to diagnose equipment needs, recommend the right solutions, and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems, and deliver outstanding service will help customers minimize downtime and keep their operations moving.
What Success Looks Like
- Help customers identify and source the right replacement parts, filters, and accessories to keep their equipment operating at peak performance.
- Research customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and pricing recommendations for parts and service solutions.
- Monitor revenue, costs, and margins on custom parts and special projects to support profitability and business objectives.
- Prepare detailed quotations for individual replacement parts and recommended spare parts inventories for distributors and end users.
- Partner with distributors, customers, and internal teams to resolve equipment issues and recommend the best replacement part solutions. Support the sales team by managing parts and filter inquiries generated through the website, marketing campaigns, email, phone calls, customer referrals, and outbound sales initiatives.
- Manage customer accounts and orders within the ERP system, including customer setup, order entry, project tracking, and order fulfillment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely communication, accurate order processing, and proactive follow-up throughout the sales process.
Qualifications That Shine
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in inside sales, order entry, customer service, retail sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, or the ability to quickly learn new software and follow established business processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology and computer-based applications.
- General mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn technical products, replacement parts, and their applications.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a professional and confident telephone presence.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately process orders, quotations, and customer information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $22.32 - $28.09 per hour, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications. Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
