Summary:
The Operations Specialist serves as a member of the operations team by managing operationally focused projects with an advanced skill set and knowledge of data analysis, workflow redesign, project management and service excellence.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher may be required within one year of start date.
3. Experience: Three years of progressive and relevant Healthcare experience required.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Computer systems and EMR applications. Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

The pay range for this position is $71,448.00to $96,636.80per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
