ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES





The Quality Assurance Auditor is directly responsible to the Manager of Auditing. The Quality Assurance Auditor must have experience utilizing Microsoft applications, Excel, Outlook and have the capacity to be trained in additional software. Duties shall include, but are not limited to the following:





  1. Perform audits of Omni Air International Mechanic, Flight Crew and Flight Attendant paperwork (i.e. Logbooks, Cabin Logs, DMI & COI Coupons, PCT's, etc. in accordance with the OAI CASS.
  2. Perform data entry and auditing of log pages, part tags, NEF's and other documentation provided by Mechanic's and Flight Crew via email.
  3. Audit and track all log pages and associated documentation sequentially.
  4. Ensure required tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor documents received via email and IAD Program and ensure items are not overlooked.
  6. Assist Manager of Auditing with administrative functions.
  7. Perform all duties as assigned by the Manager of Auditing.




QUALIFICATIONS





  • Possess high attention to detail
  • General administrative skills
  • Typing and computer proficiency skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and analytical skills are required
  • Ability to exhibit high level of confidentiality and reliability
  • Ability to exercise initiative in completion of tasks
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.






EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE





  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous aviation and/or auditing experience preferred

  • Lift - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Requires arm and hand steadiness and sufficient finger dexterity to use office equipment
  • May be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, balancing, bending, kneeling, handling, climbing, and twisting
  • Requires ability to sit for long periods

  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information
  • Work with limited supervision and possess an impeccable attention to detail, excellent customer service and organizational skills required
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully with significant detail
  • Ability to make decisions which impact the department's credibility, and services
