Account Executive (Outside Sales) - Commercial

The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business and managing client relationships across commercial industries. This hybrid, client-facing role requires a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in outside sales, builds strategic client relationships, and delivers tailored relocation and logistics solutions from initial engagement through completion.

* Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.

* Conduct client assessments and develop customized service solutions.

* Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.

* Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

* Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline management and forecasting.

* Stay informed on market trends and JK Moving's service offerings.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

* Represent JK Moving at networking and industry events to expand visibility and partnerships.

* Build long-term relationships to foster client loyalty and repeat business.

* Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, relocation, or commercial services.

* Key Skills:

o Business development and consultative sales

o CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

o Market awareness and competitive analysis
