Join Our Hospitality Leadership Team LAZ Parking is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Shift Leads to support our luxury hotel, premier commercial, residential, and healthcare accounts throughout Los Angeles. As a Shift Lead, you will set the tone for the operation by delivering exceptional customer service, supporting and mentoring frontline employees, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the high standards expected by our clients. Pay Rate: $20.50 - $26.00 per hour (Location Dependent) Schedule: Full-Time - Hours vary depending on operation Locations Available: Opportunities are available throughout the Los Angeles area, including locations in Beverly Hills, Century City, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. Our accounts include a variety of premier properties, such as luxury hotels, commercial office towers, upscale residential communities, and healthcare facilities. Hospitality experience is required. Previous valet or parking experience is strongly preferred.

The Spirit of the Position The Shift Lead serves as a visible leader and hospitality ambassador. This individual is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations and developing team members. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering world-class service. What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support valet and guest service team members.
- Ensure exceptional hospitality and customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Create a welcoming and professional environment for guests, residents, visitors, and clients.
- Coach and train team members on service expectations, procedures, and operational best practices.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
- Promote a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs.
- Assist with revenue reporting, audits, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Monitor guest interactions and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with valet operations, traffic flow, luggage assistance, and vehicle retrieval when necessary.
- Partner with management to improve processes and uphold client expectations.
Required Qualifications Experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Hospitality experience required (hotel, restaurant, luxury residential, guest services, healthcare hospitality, retail hospitality, or similar environments).
- Strong customer service experience required.
- Previous valet, parking, transportation, or guest service experience preferred.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced customer-facing environment preferred.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
