The Senior Continuous Improvement Manager position leads a team that drives a complex portfolio with multiple systemwide projects, focused on helping Inova achieve its mission. In supporting these team members, this people leader will help provide coaching around complex problem solving that best matches the needs of each individual's role on the project.

    Senior Manager Continuous Improvement Job Responsibilities

    • Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks.
    • Oversees and leads independent analyses on key organizational clinical, financial, and operational indicators.
    • Interprets complex data and converts it to useful information to drive performance improvement.
    • May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience - 8 years of experience
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)
