As a leader within the Value-Based Care Center of Excellence (VBC CoE), this role serves as the enterprise leader on the value-based care industry landscape, GuideWell's depth in value-based models and advancing our physician attribution objectives. This is a senior individual contributor role, potentially supported by a small team of analysts, responsible for defining where and how the organization competes across all lines of business. The Director translates market dynamics, provider performance insights, and emerging payment models into a clear, replicable playbook executing our value-based care program. This role also plays a targeted external-facing role with large provider organizations to shape and introduce new models. Key Responsibilities:

7+ years' related work experience of healthcare consulting, value-based analytics, or similar experience with heavy exposure to population health, value-based care and/or product design - 5+ years' direct supervisory/management experience
- Bachelor's degree or additional related work experience

Annualized Salary Range: $110,000 - $178,800
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $110,000 - $137,500
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
