Facilities Coordinator

A mid-market lifestyle company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations at their corporate office. This is an onsite, 3-month temporary assignment with potential to extend.

Core Responsibilities



  • Process and track work orders for maintenance, janitorial, HVAC, and other facility services
  • Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service requests and repairs
  • Support office moves, workstation assignments, and workplace setup
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and budget tracking
  • Respond professionally to workplace concerns and service requests
  • Maintain facility documentation and asset inventory
  • Support facility improvement projects as needed


Must-Haves



  • 1-2 years of facilities operations, administrative, or office management experience
  • Basic vendor communication and work order coordination
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to walk, stand, and move around the facility for extended periods


Nice-to-Have



  • Experience with facility ticketing systems or work order platforms
  • Office moves or workplace setup experience
  • Basic understanding of janitorial and maintenance services
  • Customer service or reception background


Physical Requirements

Onsite role with lifting (up to 50+ lbs), walking/standing for extended periods, bending, stooping.
