The Job at a Glance The Director, HVAC Strategic Partnerships is responsible for developing and managing executive-level relationships with private equity firms, portfolio companies, strategic partners, consolidators, buying groups, and other influential organizations within the HVAC ecosystem. This is a highly visible individual contributor role focused on identifying growth opportunities, creating enterprise-level partnerships, and driving revenue across a portfolio of strategic relationships. The role serves as a bridge between Parts Town and key industry stakeholders, helping create scalable programs that accelerate growth for both organizations. The ideal candidate combines executive presence, consultative selling expertise, industry knowledge, and strong business acumen to influence decision-makers and create long-term value. A Typical Day

The salary range for this role is $94,301.86 to $140,874.95 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
