Get to Know Your Team:
- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
- The Director of Guest Relations oversees the daily operations of Guest Relations, PBX, Volunteer Services, Gift Shop, and Chaplain Program functions.
- Manages staff, volunteers, and departmental resources to promote exceptional service and efficient operations.
- Develops and maintains service standards, policies, and procedures that support patient, visitor, and employee satisfaction. Monitors departmental performance and implements improvements to enhance service quality, operational effectiveness, and compliance with organizational standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 3+ yearsofleadership experience in healthcare, customer service, hospitality, volunteer services, or related field.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, departmental operations, budgeting, and performance improvement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective working relationships.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 5+years ofleadership experience in healthcare guest relations, volunteer services, telecommunications, hospitality, or related field.
- Certification in healthcare leadership, volunteer administration, or patient experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and service excellence practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and program development skills.
