Our Brand Sponsorships team is growing! We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Manager to support our fast-paced sponsorship portfolio.

Currently, our team features four Senior/Program Leads who own our major partnership programs (spanning sports, music, and entertainment). As a Manager on this team, you will serve as the operational engine across the board-driving critical behind-the-scenes processes like procurement, compliance, opportunity evaluation, and hospitality management. While you will have the full backing and mentorship of the team, you will have true ownership of these foundational pillars, alongside the unique opportunity to step up and directly lead regional and local partnership opportunities.

This is the ultimate role for a motivated professional with event or partnership experience who wants to dive deep into the world of major sports and entertainment sponsorships, gain invaluable tactical experience, and eventually help run major activations on-site.

What You'll Do:
Hospitality & Ticket Management

  • Workflow Ownership: Take full ownership and management of our TicketManager software and other hospitality workflows and processes.
  • System Mastery: Act as the internal expert for ticket allocation, tracking, and documentation (prior experience with TicketManager is a major plus, but a proven ability to quickly learn, master, and maintain specialized software is required).

Partnership Leadership & Evaluation

  • Lead Regional Partnerships: Step into a leadership role by directly managing and executing regional and local partnership opportunities.
  • Portal Management: Act as the first line of defense for our inbound sponsorship portal (evaluating opportunities ranging from software partnerships all the way up to the NFL).
  • Opportunity Assessment: Utilize your understanding of the sponsorship landscape to decipher which incoming proposals are worth pursuing and document your findings for the team.

Procurement & Financial Operations (Approx. 20-30% of the Role)

  • Financial Workflows: Take ownership of the procurement process, ensuring vendors are paid seamlessly and on time. This includes setting up purchase orders (POs), managing invoices, and coordinating payment schedules.
  • Contracting Support: Manage and kick off the internal contracting process with legal and procurement teams to ensure agreements move forward smoothly.

Operational Support & Compliance

  • Compliance Oversight: Manage and execute rigorous compliance processes and internal controls-one of the most critical categories of this role.
  • Program Coordination: Partner with the Senior Leads on day-to-day deliverables, including building event recaps, drafting hospitality guides, and coordinating ticket/asset distribution.
  • On-Site Activation: Provide hands-on, tactical support during events and marketing activations, with the long-term goal of running activations independently.

What You'll Bring:

  • Assertive & Collaborative: You must be comfortable proactively reaching out to cross-functional partners and external stakeholders. We need a self-starter who is assertive, asks the right questions, and confidently chases down answers.
  • Detail-Obsessed: You will be managing critical behind-the-scenes logistics, procurement, and hospitality software tracking where high attention to detail is non-negotiable.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable adopting and mastering new software platforms (like TicketManager) to streamline complex workflows.
  • Sponsorship Acumen: A solid foundational understanding of what makes a sponsorship valuable and what to look for when evaluating new proposals in the sports and entertainment space.
  • Strong Communicator: Highly articulate in both written and verbal communication. You can confidently translate sponsorship and procurement logistics into clear updates for the wider team.
  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in sponsorships, event marketing, partnerships, or a closely related field.
  • Industry Exposure: Prior experience or a strong passion for sports, music, and entertainment sponsorships. This role is perfect for someone looking to transition from general events/partnerships deeper into the sports and entertainment space.
  • Preferred Assets: Prior experience with TicketManager or similar hospitality management applications is a plus, but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $40 hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
