On Call Concierge

We're looking for a personable and reliable On-Call Concierge to provide front-desk and guest/resident services on an as-needed basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys flexible scheduling, and takes pride in delivering a polished, welcoming experience.

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Monitor building access, sign-in logs, and security protocols
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and security staff as needed
• Address resident/guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/lobby area
• Respond to on-call shifts as scheduled, covering absences or high-demand periods
