Job DescriptionThe Account Executive, Communities is responsible for driving fiber expansion and new revenue growth throughout an assigned territory by developing strategic partnerships with developers, property owners, builders, multifamily ownership groups, property management companies, and other key stakeholders. This is a consultative, quota-carrying sales role focused on identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing agreements that expand Brightspeed's fiber footprint across Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU), Single-Family Home (SFH), and New Build communities. Success in this role requires a proactive hunter mentality, strong executive presence, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to position Brightspeed as a long-term strategic infrastructure partner. The ideal candidate combines business acumen, financial understanding, and consultative selling skills to influence decision makers, solve business challenges, and create long-term customer partnerships.
