Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee will lift or move products and supplies, up to 55 pounds, and work in cold temperatures. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. This position operates in a warehouse environment, including dry storage rooms, refrigerated coolers (+32F to +45F), and a bulk freezer environment maintaining a -10F temperature threshold. Work is required during regular weekdays and scheduled training weekends.
