We're seeking a skilled Process Technician III to support process engineering and R&D initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You'll Do:
  • Set up and support processing equipment used for engineering and R&D testing activities.
  • Perform technical tests and experiments to evaluate processes and products.
  • Monitor production operations, audit processes, and provide guidance to line operators.
  • Document test results and prepare records, charts, and graphs for engineering review.
  • Assist process development and engineering teams in identifying yield improvements and validating new products.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting process engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or R&D testing environments.
  • 3+ years of experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting manufacturing or processing equipment.
  • 2+ years of experience collecting, documenting, and reporting test data, including records, charts, and graphs for engineering analysis.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience analyzing yield trends and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to mentor or provide technical guidance to production line operators.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on new product validation and process development projects.
  • Strong data reporting and presentation skills, including preparation of charts and graphs.
