Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is searching for a Director, Stewardship & Donor Relations! Reporting to the Executive Director, Stewardship and Donor Relations, the Director creates, implements, manages, and assesses a comprehensive set of cultivation and stewardship activities that supports Institutional Advancement's fundraising and engagement goals. The Director provides project management and expertise to create and advance programs and projects that strengthen donor confidence, enhance the donor experience, and increase donor satisfaction and retention. Within Temple's hybrid centralized/decentralized advancement organization, the Director is responsible for oversight, collaborative planning, and coordination of key Centralized stewardship services. Performs other duties as assigned.
