The Business Intelligence Lead within our business applications team is responsible for driving the Global Support organization's business intelligence, telemetry, and analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. The role leads the delivery and evolution of telemetry, reporting, and insight solutions that provide leadership and service delivery team with accurate, actionable intelligence to measure performance, optimise operations, and inform strategic investment decisions. Working collaboratively across Product Management, Engineering, Support Operations, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders, the role transforms complex data into meaningful business insights, ensures effective governance of strategic initiatives, and delivers measurable business value through continuous improvement, portfolio management, and digital transformation.
