The executive assistant provides executive-level coordination and support to the Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (AVC & CCMO), as well as administrative and transactional support across a wide range of issues, projects, programs, and matters important to the Communications & Marketing department. Represents Communications and Marketing in a professional manner, exercising sound judgment, tact, and the utmost discretion. Manages calendars, travel arrangements, and itineraries for the AVC & CCMO. Incumbent will process purchase and travel requests, reimbursements, and other routine accounting transactions utilizing online financial systems for the Communications & Marketing department. Assists with planning and execution of special projects as assigned.

The full salary range for the Executive Analyst & Assistant to Associate Vice Chancellor & Chief Communications and Marketing Officer is $74,384.25 - $108,710.47 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $90,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
