Job DescriptionROLE: Specialist, FAST/AVOD Partnerships Marketing Reporting to the Director, the Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the ongoing marketing strategy for A+E's rapidly expanding portfolio of 75+ FAST channels across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, while also supporting the AVOD business. This role also offers opportunities to contribute across broader partnership marketing initiatives. The Specialist is responsible for identifying, pitching, securing, and tracking high-value partner opportunities that drive earned media, platform visibility, and audience growth. These opportunities may include first-screen placements, platform features, editorial collections, seasonal stunts, title-level support, channel promotion, brand collaborations, and other marketplace-driven merchandising and promotional initiatives. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence, the Specialist develops strategic marketing campaigns, builds strong partner relationships, executes cross-channel initiatives, and measures campaign performance to support key business objectives.
