Description Manufacturing Warehouse Leader - 1st Shift Location: Gastonia, NC Company: American & Efird (A&E) Job Type: Full-Time \| Onsite Hours: 1st Shift 7am-3pm Pay Rate: $17.50 What You'll Do Ensure materials and products are accurately received and stored Open cotton or spun polyester Bailing waste Transport roving & empty boxes from plant to plant Work safely in a fast-paced, team-structured environment Follow written and verbal instructions Meet or exceed quality standards Handle materials safely and efficiently Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout shift What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Basic computer skills Must have valid driver's license Some forklift experience Willingness to work hands-on in a production setting Ability to pass drug screen and background check Why Work at A&E?
