Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support more than 15 locations across our organization. Based in Horsham, PA, this role partners closely with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support while ensuring consistent application of company policies, employment practices, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with strong employee relations experience, a solid understanding of leave management, and a passion for developing leaders through effective training and coaching. This position requires up to 40% travel to support field operations, build strong relationships across multiple sites, and ensure consistent HR practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across 15+ locations.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conducting thorough workplace investigations and recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Partner with managers on performance management, employee development, coaching, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Deliver and facilitate training programs for supervisors and employees on HR policies, leadership development, compliance, and workplace best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and other applicable regulations.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process as needed.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in organizational initiatives, change management efforts, and HR projects that support business objectives.
  • Administer and support leave programs, including Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD), while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and company policies.
  • Travel to operating locations up to 40% of the time to provide onsite HR support and strengthen partnerships with local leadership.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environment.
  • Experience managing employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Experience administering or supporting Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) programs.
  • Experience developing and facilitating employee and leadership training.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Preferred

  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, steel, metals, or industrial operations.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment.
