As a Security Officer Access Point Monitor in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor access points, verify credentials, and support site personnel and visitors with outstanding communication and customer service. In this access control role, you will help to identify and report security-related concerns while staying visible and responsive. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site access requirements.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that could impact operations.
• Support inbound and outbound traffic flow by helping to manage gate activity, directing authorized vehicles and personnel, and maintaining accurate access-related records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
