Remote Eligibility: Candidates must reside and work full-time in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX before their first day of employment.

This position may be filled as levels II, or III, depending on individual experience, education, certification(s), and business need.

General Description:

The Quality Data Analyst performs advanced data preparation, analysis, and reporting in support of OU Health's quality improvement efforts. This role evaluates data integrity, enhances analytic processes, and partners with quality and operational leaders to translate data into meaningful insights that inform improvement work. The Analyst II works with increased independence on complex analyses and contributes to the refinement of reporting standards and analytic practices.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position and encompass all organization facilities, to include outlying Ambulatory Clinics. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.

Collects, validates, and maintains accurate datasets supporting quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.

Develops, enhances, and maintains dashboards, reports, and analytic products; improves existing data processes using business intelligence, statistical, or analytic tools.

Participates in regulatory readiness and quality reporting activities, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of measure specifications.

Partners with stakeholders to support effective use, interpretation, and decisionmaking based on analytic outputs.

Interprets performance trends, conducts deeper analyses, and identifies opportunities to support improvement initiatives.

Assists quality and operational teams by translating analytic findings into actionable insights.

Recommends enhancements to data structures, analytic processes, or reporting standards as data maturity and organizational needs evolve.

Maintains awareness of industry trends, national quality programs, and analytic best practices and incorporates relevant updates into analytic work.

Level II Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field required.

Experience: At least three (3) years of related experience required.

License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: None required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Intermediate skills in healthcare data analysisandvisualization tools(SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau)

  • Ability tooptimizedata workflows and design moderately complex analytic logic.

  • Strong analytical reasoning and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Level III Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field required.

Experience: At least five (5) years of related experience required.

License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: None required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Expert-level analytic, statistical, andvisualizationcompetenciesusing SQL, Python, Power BI, andTableau

  • Deep understanding of healthcare quality measures, regulatory programs, and performance improvement methodologies.

  • Strong leadership,influencing, and communication abilities, including interaction with senior executives.

  • Ability to develop sophisticated analytic solutions and lead systemwide initiatives.
