Customer Support Specialist Swedesboro, NJ Full-Time \| Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Swedesboro, NJ. This position supports customers and internal departments by managing spare parts orders, quotations, invoicing, and administrative functions in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service, order processing, and administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office setting. Key Responsibilities * Answer customer inquiries regarding spare parts and product support * Prepare and deliver spare parts quotations * Process customer orders and coordinate purchases with suppliers * Monitor order status and delivery timelines, providing updates as needed * Generate customer invoices and maintain accurate order records * Locate spare parts using electrical and mechanical drawings * Track warranty parts shipped to customers and returned items * Review engineer service and trip reports for parts requirements * Verify spare parts pricing and compare supplier quotes with internal pricing systems * Provide administrative support to Purchasing and After-Sales teams * Maintain organized documentation and records Qualifications * Customer service experience in an office, manufacturing, or distribution environment * Experience with invoicing, order processing, and quotations * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing competing priorities * Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams * Experience reviewing technical drawings or mechanical/electrical documentation is a plus Top Skills * Customer Service * Invoicing * Order Processing * Quoting Work Environment * Manufacturing office setting * Not a call center environment * Collaborative team atmosphere * Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM If you're looking for a stable opportunity that combines customer support, order management, and administrative responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you!
