Description * Review claims that have suspended or rejected during processing. * Identify reject reasons and apply documented procedures to resolve issues. * Research claims using internal systems and reference materials to determine the appropriate outcome. * Process claims accurately and within established turnaround time requirements. * Escalate complex or unresolved issues following defined procedures. * Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment. * Communicate professionally when gathering or clarifying information needed to complete claim processing.
