Role Summary

  • Lead the operational, financial, and project delivery strategy for regional facilities operations, capital planning, workplace services, and construction projects.
  • Partner with internal teams and external service providers to optimize facilities operations, capital projects, and workplace services.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance across FM, construction, and CRE partners, ensuring cost efficiency and SLA adherence.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and contract negotiations for owned and leased properties
  • Support executive decision-making with analytics on total cost of ownership, occupancy metrics, and scenario modeling.

Your Role

Facilities Management & Capital Projects

  • Lead delivery of regional facilities management programs across office, manufacturing, and warehouse locations.
  • Develop maintenance, workplace experience, and asset management strategies to support operational excellence.
  • Drive capital project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
  • Establish and maintain workplace standards, design guidelines, and lifecycle planning processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to optimize workplace utilization and employee experience.

Financial Oversight & Transactions

  • Oversee Regional real estate portfolio of approx. 70 locations, 7M SF office, manufacturing and warehouse
  • Ownership of OPEX & capital management of 6 corporate locations & FM suppliers
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic negotiations, benchmarking, and vendor management.
  • Conduct financial analysis and business case development for facilities investments, workplace improvements, and capital projects.

Facilities, Construction & Workplace Optimization

  • Oversee all Regional construction projects, including planning, technical specifications, budgeting, and execution.
  • Establish a standardized approach for site design, workplace standards, and facility maintenance programs for corporate locations.
  • Ensure alignment with office work models and optimize workplace design for efficiency.
  • Manage capital and expense budgets related to real estate operations and maintenance.

Risk Management, Compliance & Sustainability

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international real estate regulations.
  • Conduct operational risk assessments and ensure compliance across facilities, contractor management, and project delivery.
  • Develop contingency plans for business continuity, including real estate-related disruptions.
  • Ensure all leases adhere to delegation-of-authority requirements and lease audit standards.

Stakeholder Engagement & Vendor Management

  • Serve as a key liaison with senior executives, ensuring transparency in real estate decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic FM, construction, and workplace service partners.
  • Oversee external vendors, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to support construction and operational initiatives.
  • Lead supplier performance reviews, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives across facilities and project services.
  • Partner with finance, legal, procurement, and operations teams to ensure projects and facility programs align with business objectives.

Your Background


  • Extensive experience in facilities management, workplace operations, engineering services, and project management.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with expertise in portfolio optimization and capital project management.
  • Problem solving skills, experience with complex issues and ability to deal with competing priorities.
  • Ability to lead large-scale facilities and capital projects while driving cost efficiencies.
  • Expertise in construction, workplace operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience leading workplace transformation, capital investment, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Legally able to work in the U.S. without requirement for any type of visa sponsorship/transfer now, or at any time in the future.
