Your Impact

As a Guest Room Attendant, you are responsible for creating the clean, comfortable, and inviting spaces that are essential to the guest experience. Your work helps ensure every guest feels cared for from the moment they enter their room.

In this role, you will:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces according to hotel standards.
  • Prepare guest rooms by changing linens, making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring every detail is guest-ready.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, hygiene, and presentation throughout assigned areas.
  • Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety issues, and damaged or missing items to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests while maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and respect.
  • Properly handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, linens, supplies, and guest amenities needed to support daily operations.
  • Support deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping initiatives as assigned.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and security guidelines to protect guests, associates, and the environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure operational excellence and consistent service standards throughout the hotel.

What Will Make You Successful

  • A positive attitude and genuine commitment to hospitality.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining beautiful, welcoming spaces.
  • The ability to work independently while remaining a reliable and collaborative team member.
  • Excellent guest service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • A commitment to safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform housekeeping duties throughout a shift.

At Populus, Every Role Is a Stewardship Role.

Every room prepared, every detail noticed, and every guest interaction contributes to the experience we create and the reputation we build. Housekeeping is more than cleaning rooms. It is creating spaces where guests can rest, connect, and feel inspired.

Why This Opportunity

This is an opportunity to do more than clean guest rooms.

It is an opportunity to create meaningful first impressions, contribute to a purpose-driven hospitality experience, and become part of a team redefining what a lifestyle hotel can be.

At Populus, exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional care for our spaces, our guests, our associates, and our community.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a collaborative team, and believe that the smallest details can make the biggest difference, we invite you to help write the next chapter of Populus.

If you're someone who cares deeply about people, takes pride in doing the right thing, stays curious, and enjoys being part of something bigger than yourself, you'll feel at home at Populus. Together, we'll create meaningful experiences that leave our guests, and our world, a little better than we found them.
