Supports the activities of the corporate development department in managing the efficient formation of business combinations by FedEx Corporation and its affiliates, including acquisitions, joint ventures and equity investments. As Manager of Corporate Development, you will play a key role in shaping the future growth trajectory of FedEx. Reporting to the Staff Director of Corporate Development, you will be responsible for evaluating and executing strategic opportunities - including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and joint ventures - that align with our long-term business priorities. You will collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to assess potential transactions, monitor industry and competitive trends, and identify emerging opportunities and risks. You will support all stages of deal execution, including financial analysis, strategic evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio management, and will prepare materials and recommendations for senior leadership review. You will also help manage relationships with external stakeholders, including potential partners, target companies, investment banks, and advisors. Essential Functions:
