Employment Type: Temp to Direct (12 Months)

Compensation: $33.00/Hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 3/12 (6:00 AM- 6:00 PM Fri, Sat, Sun)
About the Opportunity:
  • Operate and monitor Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment used to assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Support production by maintaining equipment, replenishing materials, and responding to machine alarms.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate SMT equipment, including solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
  • Load and verify component feeders, ensuring correct part numbers and machine setup.
  • Monitor production equipment and respond to machine alarms to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect circuit board assemblies for workmanship and visible defects.
  • Replenish production materials to maintain continuous workflow.
  • Accurately document production activities and equipment performance.
  • Follow established quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Identify routine production issues and escalate concerns to supervisors when appropriate.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in AOI and Circuit soldering.
