Support production by maintaining equipment, replenishing materials, and responding to machine alarms. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Operate SMT equipment, including solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens. Load and verify component feeders, ensuring correct part numbers and machine setup. Monitor production equipment and respond to machine alarms to minimize downtime. Inspect circuit board assemblies for workmanship and visible defects. Replenish production materials to maintain continuous workflow. Accurately document production activities and equipment performance. Follow established quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures. Identify routine production issues and escalate concerns to supervisors when appropriate. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 4+ years of experience in AOI and Circuit soldering.
