What You'll Do:
  • Lead full cycle recruiting across a range of roles - corporate, sales, engineering, and field technician - identifying skillset needs and building a strong, vetted candidate pipeline
  • Partner with hiring managers to evaluate applicants, comparing qualifications and interview responses against job requirements
  • Post and maintain job ads across internal and external boards, ensuring brand and legal compliance
  • Negotiate offer terms and kick off the onboarding process for selected candidates
  • Serve as the main point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the process
  • Source top talent through multiple channels - LinkedIn Recruiter, external job boards, internal ATS, and career fairs
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to approve, time to hire)
  • Represent the company at career fairs to build pipeline and strengthen employer brand
  • Maintain relationships with preferred contractor/agency partners, keeping the Talent Acquisition Manager informed to manage contracts effectively
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Handle administrative duties supporting the recruiting function
  • Maintain reliable attendance and collaborate effectively within the team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
Associate's Degree focused in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
1+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting or a fast-paced administrative environment
What Sets You Apart:
  • Prior experience working in a corporate environment
  • Comfortable with digital recruiting platforms - LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, social media, direct sourcing, and job boards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage heavy workloads, prioritize effectively, and handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities
  • Capable of working independently while knowing when to escalate or ask for support
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Collaborative team player, eager to work closely with the broader HR team
