We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to take on a pivotal role in managing multi-million-dollar civil scopes. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact, directly influencing the successful delivery of critical infrastructure and commercial developments. As a key player, you will be instrumental in guiding projects from inception to completion, leading dedicated site teams, and ensuring financial and operational excellence. Your expertise will directly contribute to the expansion and success of significant ventures, leaving a lasting mark on communities and industries.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage multiple civil scope projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.


Required Qualifications



  • Proven working experience in construction project management, with civil scope responsibilities.
  • 8+ years of experience leading site teams, managing budgets, and steering projects from pre-award through closeout.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.


Preferred Qualifications



  • 8-10 years of project management experience with a strong focus on civil scope for projects.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple diverse commercial and infrastructure projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management software tools.


Compensation

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $120K - $140K annual, plus bonus. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
