Summary:
The Instrument Quality Coordinator role provides leadership in the coordination of instrumentation in the Operating Room and Sterile Processing. Collaborates with department leaders, sterile processing technicians and other clinical areas in the hospital to assure timely availability of implants, instrumentation and equipment for safe patient care.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree and one year of sterile processing experience or five years of experience as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required.
2. License/Certifications: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required or must complete within six months of start date.
3. Experience: See Education. Experience with micro-management/SPM system or similar instrument tracking system preferred. Experience with steam & STERRAD sterilization processes and high level disinfections systems preferred.

The pay range for this position is $23.38to $31.63 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
