What to Expect
The Production Recruiting Coordinator sits on the Production Manufacturing Recruiting Team and owns end-to-end coordination of high-volume interview batches and hiring events. You'll manage candidate, new-hire, and internal communication and escalations across the recruiting lifecycle, while building and using AI-enabled workflows to scale volume without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, service-oriented, clear in verbal and written communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, fluid environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for partnering with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and cross-functional Tesla teams. You'll be resourceful and scrappy, with sharp organization, attention to detail, and comfort adopting new tools-including AI-to improve speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate high-volume interview batches and hiring events end-to-end: scheduling, confirmations, day-of logistics, candidate flow, and real-time issue resolution
- Manage multiple email inboxes and stakeholder channels across candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and internal partners
- Implement and operationalize AI tools (e.g., scheduling, inbox triage, draft comms, data cleanup, reporting) to reduce manual work and improve turnaround
- Document AI-assisted workflows, measure impact, and iterate with the team on what to scale
- Maintain accurate high-volume ATS data entry/tracking; monitor pipeline health and flag bottlenecks early
- Represent Tesla Recruiting with consistent, high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
- Support process work as needed (dispositions, offer/onboarding coordination) and drive process-improvement projects that increase batch/event throughput
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 6 months to 1year of work experience in a Staffing/Recruiting rolein a fast-paced, start-up type atmosphere,or in a similar professional coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments
- Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills
- Understanding of applicant tracking or CRM-type systems
- Experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience
