What You'll Need:

• 1 year of continuous work experience
• 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

• General computer skills

  Ability to navigate our warehouse operating system PKMS

  Attention to detail - evaluating shortages, identify damages, proper cart setup for picking process

  Ability to move push/pull carts (up to 70lbs force)

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  Ability to be flexible and multitask based on workload demands

  Ability to work independently or in a group environment

  Ability to maintain reliable attendance

  Ability to meet and maintain the departmental production rate

  Ability to bend and squat full shift.

  Ability to use a step stool full shift.

  Able to work overtime.

What You'll Do:

• Pick/verify
• Pulland packproducts as identified on automated order processing system to fulfill customer orders
• Batch picking- Pick multiple orders simultaneously.
• Single-order picking- Pick one order at a time.
• Verify accuracy- Scan barcodes or manually confirm the right items were picked.
• Tools used- Paper, Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners and Vision HUDs to process tasks
• Meeting productivity goals:Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and following company procedures.
