Within Operational Training, the Special Projects Operational Training (SPOT) Team is a dynamic team of training professionals working in a fast-paced environment creating training solutions for PSE employees in conjunction with PSE's portfolio of capital projects. In this position, you will serve as a Technical Training Program Manager (TTPM) for one or more capital projects simultaneously. TTPMs lead the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of enterprise-wide learning solutions at PSE. A successful candidate will have significant experience developing training programs for end user groups with highly technical and diverse training needs. TTPMs partner with Organizational Change Management and Process teams as well as with business unit stakeholders (managers, supervisors, and subject matter experts) to define the training needs of each department affected by new capital implementations. Leveraging subject matter expertise, TTPMs design training solutions that will meet the needs of the business. TTPMs then manage the development and delivery of such solutions, overseeing a team of internal and contract instructional designers collaborating with SMEs and project team members on training solutions. All PSE employees are expected to uphold the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities and promote and support a culture of total safety. The pay range for this position is$94,300.00-$156,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
