Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.40 - $19.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for tenants, visitors, clients, and vendors at a commercial office location.
• Manage visitor check-in procedures, verify identification and/or appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access records in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Provide customer service by answering phones, directing guests, coordinating with building management and/or tenant contacts, and supporting Allied Universal site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
