Sr. Manager, Program Management Communications The Sr. Manager, Program Management Communications is responsible for leading the successful execution of Communications Systems programs by providing operational leadership and oversight for a team of Program Managers and cross-functional personnel. The Manager is accountable for delivering customer programs in accordance with contractual requirements while meeting business objectives related to schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Manager establishes departmental objectives, allocates resources, develops employees, and oversees day-to-day program execution. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development to ensure successful program delivery while driving operational improvements and supporting business growth. This is a full-time position in which the candidate will be expected to work onsite in our Farmingdale, NY location. Occasional travel up to 25% of the time may be required. Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Required Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred. Experience: 8+ years of progressively responsible program management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree. Prior leadership experience overseeing Program Managers or cross-functional teams within the Aerospace & Defense industry or a comparable manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience managing programs governed by DFARS, overseeing program budgets and schedules, and supporting proposal development is highly desired. PMI/PMP or similar program management certification is preferred. TTM is committed to a diverse and well-rounded workforce. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $131,809 - $231,802Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
