The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant works closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and proactively source qualified candidates from various channels. This role builds a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare specialists. By employing exceptional sourcing skills, industry knowledge, and networking abilities, the Sourcing Consultant contributes to the success of our recruitment efforts and ultimately helps deliver excellent patient care.

Remote Eligibility: This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states - DC, DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV

Required Travel: Quarterly rounding on-site in Northern Virginia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes various sourcing techniques such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and directs outreach to identify and engage with potential candidates in the healthcare industry
  • Screens and assesses candidates' qualifications, experience, and skills to ensure they meet the requirements of the respective healthcare positions
  • Builds and maintains a robust talent pipeline of healthcare professionals by continuously sourcing and nurturing potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develops effective sourcing strategies aligned with the organizational goals
  • Stays updated with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market intelligence to provide valuable insights and recommendations for attracting and retaining top talent
  • Contributes to the enhancement of the organization's employer brand by promoting its culture, mission, and opportunities to potential candidates
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
  • Develops and nurtures relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent network and facilitate future recruitment efforts
  • Generates regular reports on key metrics, including sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruitment outcomes, to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare talent sourcing is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing and managing candidate nurturing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to engage passive candidates through cold calling and other proactive outreach strategies.
  • Experience utilizing market intelligence, research, and specialized sourcing methods to identify candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
