  • Develop a deep understanding of customers by leveraging data, existing studies, and collaborating with research teams for new studies or experiments.
  • Interact with vendors to obtain support for various platforms, upgrade products, and contribute to their product roadmaps.
  • Explore, evaluate, and propose technologies and techniques that meet the needs of various channels.
  • Identify risks in current and proposed solutions, recommend resolutions, controls, or mitigation strategies, implement and monitor controls, and escalate visibility of risks/gaps as appropriate.
  • Work with technology partners and vendors to create advanced authentication techniques.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and other product managers to create and implement online identity management and authentication processes and systems.
  • Champion the creation of easy-to-use, understandable, and acceptable experiences.
  • Create a release plan in coordination with the scrum team and other lines of business.
  • Create reporting on Key Business Indicators (KBIs) and production support metrics, and monitor performance.
  • Build trusted relationships through clear and consistent communication with a wide array of upstream and downstream stakeholders.
  • Provide first-line support to various internal stakeholders (e.g., technology support, account/trading service) and sales staff in answering client questions and resolving client escalations.
  • Evaluate in-house and third-party security products.
  • Negotiate contract details that meet the needs of the firm and end-clients.
