Security Officer Overnight Financial Patrol

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Pittsburgh, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, document observations, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with site and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
