About the Role

The Warehouse Logistics Center Associate III plays a critical role in supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the KARL STORZ Logistics Center. This position is responsible for inventory management, material handling, order fulfillment, shipping activities, and inventory accuracy while supporting a continuous improvement (LEAN) culture. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in warehouse operations, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and consistently uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role is onsite and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6AM-2:30PM

What You'll Do
  • Execute material handling, stocking, replenishment, picking, shipping, and inventory movement activities using SAP and warehouse scanning systems.
  • Verify product accuracy and validate orders before releasing inventory for stock or shipment.
  • Perform inventory adjustments, non-conformance reporting, and systematic inventory transactions to maintain inventory integrity and accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in 6S activities, process improvement discussions, and implementing assigned improvement actions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for warehouse processes, including replenishment, bin-to-bin transfers, warehouse-to-warehouse movements, and inventory control activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to KARL STORZ safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Troubleshoot common inventory issues and collaborate with team members and leadership to identify effective solutions.
What You Bring Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 to 3 years of warehouse, receiving, logistics, dock, or related experience.
  • Experience working with computers, warehouse systems, handheld scanners, or related technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures and work instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of warehouse, receiving, logistics, or dock experience.
  • SAP experience within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges.
  • Experience with inventory control, inventory adjustments, and shipping transactions.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment or willingness to be trained on powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, pull, push, pack, and perform repetitive warehouse activities throughout the workday.
  • Frequently lift and move items up to 30 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift items up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Frequently use warehouse ladders to access inventory locations.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and willingness to be trained on powered warehouse equipment.
