We are seeking a Sr Acquisition Analyst to support Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and associated Navy stakeholders in the accomplishing program objectives via milestones, acquisition and contract events supporting C4I programs. The analyst will provide providing risk management implementation, administration, training, and direct support to Acquisition Manager and APMs. This includes tracking assigned actions and milestones, and preparing routine products for Government review. This role is acquisition management focused. It connects acquisition, business research analysis, logistics, field activities, and Fleet stakeholders so that capabilities are planned, documented, scheduled, and fielded in accordance with applicable Navy and DoD requirements. Responsibilities:

- Collect, validate, organize, and maintain acquisition documentation, milestone schedules, action item logs, risk inputs, dashboards, technical documents, and stakeholder inputs from program office
- Provide recommendations for all phases of Department of Defense acquisition lifecycle processes and procedures
- Research and provide inputs to acquisition documents such as the Acquisition Strategy (AS), Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), Capability Development Document (CDD), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master/Management Schedules (IMS) and any other application documentation
- Facilitate routing process for acquisition documents, following DoD processes and procedures
- Support meetings, including work group meetings, Integrated Product Team (IPT) sessions, and other cadences supporting Navy programs
- Review routine records and data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; reconcile discrepancies when possible and elevate issues requiring additional analysis or Government direction
- Track deliverable development, submission, review, approval, and closure; identify late or at-risk actions and communicate status to the appropriate team members
- Assist with the collection and organization of cost, schedule, performance, resource, and readiness information for analysis and reporting
- Prepare routine written analyses, status summaries, briefing materials, data-call responses, and recommendations for internal and Government review
- Support acquisition related data calls and inquiries and deliver responses compliant to the requested format
- Support the COR and APM with acquisition or contract strategy support, which includes approaches, options, risks, contracting methods, competition type, sources, budget, funding, cost information and milestone schedule
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Ability to conduct research, organize and review information, identify discrepancies, follow established processes, and communicate matters requiring additional review
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear status updates, reports, meeting documentation, and briefing materials
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration environment, including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Access, with the ability to efficiently create, manage, analyze, communicate, and maintain information in support of program and acquisition requirements
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with the ability to navigate and use existing reports, dashboards, applications, and automated workflows, as applicable, to support assigned responsibilities
- Strong organization, attention to detail, records discipline, and ability to manage multiple assigned priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a Government-contractor team environment and independently complete assigned tasks within established guidance
- Ability to obtain and maintain the clearance, credentials, and system access required by the contract
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting, or familiarity with, NAVWAR, NIWC Pacific, PEO C4I, NAVSEA, Fleet Readiness Directorate activities, Navy program offices, or comparable DoD organizations
- Familiarity with Navy C4I modernization, acquisition documentation, advanced planning, installation execution, configuration management, systems fielding, or Fleet readiness processes
- Demonstrate the unique requirements and challenges of ACAT I Programs and the Major Automated Information System acquisition process
- Exposure to DoD acquisition documents, NAVWAR technical requirements, or related policy
- Experience maintaining schedules, trackers, risk inputs, metrics, dashboards, process maps, or controlled program documentation
- Active DoD TS SCI Eligible security clearance is preferred
- Foundational analytical problem-solving and sound judgment
- Research, data collection, validation, and reconciliation
- Acquisition planning and stakeholder-coordination support
- Schedule, milestone, action-item, and deliverable tracking
- Microsoft 365 proficiency and basic familiarity with existing Power Platform solutions

- Ability to learn and apply Government and program-specific processes
