The Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy translates enterprise revenue direction into concrete strategic frameworks, segmentation approaches, and go-to-market plans. Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Strategy and Business Intelligence, this role helps design the pricing and revenue frameworks and monetization architecture that guide the business, evaluates customer and market segments, and leads cross-functional execution of new revenue initiatives from concept through launch.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the design of scalable pricing and revenue frameworks, monetization architecture, and revenue governance guardrails, in partnership with the Senior Director.

  • Develop and evaluate customer and market segmentation strategies, assessing segment performance and identifying opportunities for growth or refinement.

  • Apply an understanding of dynamic pricing frameworks and yield management models when shaping strategic recommendations.

  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Revenue and Business Intelligence to ground strategic recommendations in performance data, forecasts, and macroeconomic/industry trends.

  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives for new pricing and revenue programs, coordinating across Fleet, Marketing, Sales, and Technology.

  • Build business cases and financial models to evaluate the projected impact of proposed revenue strategies, in partnership with Finance.

  • Maintain working knowledge of core commercial systems (including Wizard and adjacent platforms) to ensure strategic recommendations are operationally realistic.

  • Prepare clear, executive-ready materials that communicate strategy, rationale, and expected outcomes to senior and C-level stakeholders.

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared revenue strategy objectives and manage initiatives through to successful launch.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in revenue strategy, commercial strategy, pricing strategy, or management consulting, ideally within travel, mobility, or a comparable yield-managed industry.

  • Working knowledge of dynamic pricing frameworks, yield management models, and customer/market segmentation.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build and defend a business case.

  • Experience leading or contributing heavily to cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.

  • Familiarity with commercial and reservation systems (Wizard or comparable platforms) preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

The annual starting salary for this position is between$130,000 -$150,000annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
