Shipping and Receiving Clerk

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred; valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

• 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or materials management preferred.
• Experience processing domestic and international shipments, including shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
• Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment, barcode labeling systems, and ERP software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to handle shipping materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and purchase orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Pick, stage, package, label, and ship products according to customer specifications and production schedules.
• Process domestic and international shipping documentation, including carrier paperwork and customs forms.
• Operate ERP systems to manage order fulfillment, inventory transactions, and shipping activities.
• Assist with purchasing activities, purchase order tracking, inventory control, and material replenishment.
• Monitor packaging supply inventory and maintain stockroom accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport materials safely.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain clean, organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas while following all safety procedures.
